SS-T20 contactor for AC unit
Product Description
AC contactors are usually composed of electromagnets, contacts, springs and housings. When the electromagnet is powered on, it generates a magnetic field that attracts the contacts and closes them, thereby connecting the circuit; when the electromagnet is powered off, the spring resets the contacts and cuts off the circuit.
When the current in the control circuit passes through the electromagnet, the magnetic field generated by the electromagnet attracts the moving contact to contact the static contact, forming a closed circuit and allowing the current to pass. Conversely, when the current stops flowing, the electromagnet loses its magnetic force, and the contacts are disconnected under the action of the spring, cutting off the current.
AC contactors are widely used in the start and stop control of motors, control of lighting systems, control of heating equipment, and other electrical equipment that requires remote control. They play an important role in industrial automation, building electrical, transportation, and other fields.
AC contactors have the advantages of simple operation, quick response and long service life. They can withstand large currents and voltages and are suitable for use in various working environments. In addition, AC contactors can also be used in conjunction with other control devices (such as relays, time relays, etc.) to achieve more complex control functions.
When selecting an AC contactor, it is necessary to configure it reasonably according to the specific load type, current and voltage level. Make sure that the selected contactor meets the relevant electrical standards and specifications to ensure the safety and stable operation of the system. During installation, follow the manufacturer's guidance and electrical installation specifications to ensure the correct wiring and commissioning of the contactor.
As an important electrical control device, AC contactor plays a key role in modern power systems and automatic control. It can not only realize efficient control of circuits, but also improve the operating efficiency and safety of equipment.
